Our Commitment

Every Charge is a Step Forward

At Divixi, sustainability isn't a department — it's the reason we exist. India's transport sector accounts for over 14% of national greenhouse gas emissions. By building the infrastructure that makes EVs practical, we're directly cutting those emissions at scale.

Our 2030 target: power 10 million EV journeys a day on 100% renewable energy, eliminate 5 million tonnes of CO₂ annually, and operate the most energy-efficient charging network in Asia.

ESG Framework

Our Three Sustainability Pillars

Environment

We're transitioning all 5,500+ charging stations to 100% renewable energy by 2027. Our solar-integrated stations generate clean electricity on-site, reducing grid dependency. We also monitor, report, and offset our operational carbon footprint annually in line with GHG Protocol standards.

Social

Divixi has created 4,200+ direct green jobs across installation, operations, and maintenance — with 32% female workforce participation. Our EV accessibility initiative brings charging infrastructure to 200+ tier-3 cities, ensuring clean mobility isn't only for metros.

Governance

Divixi publishes an annual ESG report audited by an independent third party. Our board has a dedicated Sustainability Committee, and executive compensation is partially linked to ESG performance metrics including CO₂ reduction targets and renewable energy adoption rates.

Solar Integration
Renewable Energy

Solar-Powered Stations

Over 2,100 of our charging stations now have rooftop solar panels that generate 40–100% of the station's energy needs. We aim to make 100% of our public network solar-powered by December 2027.

Smart Grid
Smart Grid

Grid-Friendly Charging

Divixi's AI-based load management shifts charging demand away from grid peak hours, reducing stress on India's power infrastructure and lowering the carbon intensity of the electricity used for every charge.

Battery Recycling
Circular Economy

Battery & Hardware Recycling

We run India's only EV charger take-back programme. End-of-life charging hardware is dismantled, components recertified for reuse, and remaining materials sent to certified e-waste recyclers — achieving 91% hardware recycling rate.
