Standard Installation & Commissioning

Without consumables/materials: ₹25,000

Includes cable termination, CMS connectivity & user training only. Civil work, earthing & cabling by customer.

Freight, Transit Insurance, Packaging & Handling

Excluded — Billed at actuals

Transit insurance, packaging & handling charges are excluded and will be billed separately.

CSMS, Hosting & Payment Gateway

Deducted from collected revenue: ₹1.88/unit

Charges deducted from collected revenue. Net balance settled to nominated bank account monthly.

Key Terms & Conditions

  • GST: @5% on chargers, @18% on services (not included in above prices)
  • Installation: Includes cable termination, CMS connectivity & user training only. Civil work, earthing & cabling by customer
  • Section Load: Adequate section load (feeder / HT-LT panel capacity) must be arranged by client prior to installation. Divixi Green Energy bears no responsibility for delays arising from insufficient section load at site
  • Warranty: 36 months from invoice date. Repair/replacement at no cost to customer within warranty period
  • Delivery: 2–4 weeks from PO + 40% advance payment. Balance 60% (incl. GST) before dispatch
  • CSMS: Charges deducted from collected revenue; net balance settled to nominated bank account monthly
  • Prices: Subject to change without prior notice. Please confirm pricing at the time of placing order
